Abstract: Abstract On May 1, 2023, Noam Chomsky gave a Conference on “Economic Systems and Human Rights, limits and challenges of our time,” organized by the UNESCO Chair of the UNLP. Starting from his very important and brilliant speech, the dialogue which we propose below emerged, we present in order to kick off this book.
