Chapter Chapter 7 in Individual Rights over Economic Equality, 2024, pp 149-155 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The editors bring the book up to date with some additional material on the events of 2021–2024, needless to say an unusually eventful period in terms of the themes of John’s book. It includes an analysis of some of the major Supreme Court decisions rolling back individual rights, including but not limited to the Dobbs decision of 2022.
