Abstract: Abstract The hospitality industry in the Middle East is undergoing a paradigm shift with the integration of artificial intelligence (AI). This chapter explores the revolutionary impact of AI on enhancing guest experiences, improving operational efficiencies, and revolutionizing service delivery. Through the lens of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) hospitality industry, this chapter highlights the implementation of AI-based solutions, benefits, and the challenges faced during adoption. It is to be stressed that personal touch and human connection are still loved in the hospitality industry, and AI must be seen as a tool to enhance human capabilities.
