A chapter in Energy Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Innovation and Financing, 2025, pp 1-7 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Energy entrepreneurship is an essential driver of the global transition toward a sustainable energy future. By developing innovative solutions to the world’s energy challenges, entrepreneurs are helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase energy access, and promote economic development. While there are significant challenges, the opportunities for growth and innovation are vast. As the world continues to move toward cleaner and more efficient energy systems, the role of energy entrepreneurs will only become more critical in shaping a sustainable and resilient future. This volume intends to focus on energy entrepreneurship covering major three topics which are (i) sustainability, (ii) financial issues, (iii) environmental and institutional framework. The book includes both qualitative and quantitative researches as well as conceptual literature reviews, reflecting a rich and diverse approach to the field of energy in terms of entrepreneurship.
