Abstract: Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel untersucht das Konzept einer Prozessperspektive auf Design und Entwicklung. Die Begriffe in dieser Phrase werden geklärt. Der Wert einer Prozessperspektive wird diskutiert und die Elemente einer solchen Perspektive werden skizziert. Abschließend werden einige Anmerkungen dazu gegeben, wie man in der Praxis eine Prozessperspektive annehmen kann. Insgesamt bietet dieses Kapitel sowohl eine Einführung in das Buch als auch eine Zusammenfassung davon.
