Abstract:
Abstract This case examines the climate strategies of Royal Dutch ShellRoyal Dutch Shell and ExxonMobilExxonMobil as they navigate the escalating climate crisis. With the physical and financial risks of climate change intensifying, major oil companies must develop strategies that ensure both sustainability and profitability. While both firms have pledged to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050, their approaches differ significantly.
