Abstract:
Abstract There are many challenges that women in VR work environments encounter in life and in the workplace as they seek to establish, sustain, and advance in their career aspirations. Women need support during all phases of their careers so that they can achieve their personal goals and help their organizations achieve success. Women and organization leaders must collaborate to overcome the challenges and establish opportunities for all employees and future women workers.
