Abstract:
Abstract FinTech represents one of the most important developments in the finance industry in the twenty-first century. It strongly affects current and future approaches firms make and their financial decisions including decisions related to capital structure. This chapter discusses such innovative topics as crowdfunding, initial coin offerings, security token offerings, and non-fungible tokens that directly connect FinTech and capital structure.
