Aaron Franklin
Chapter Chapter 7 in Structuring Sustainable Finance Transactions, 2025, pp 195-201 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter discusses the variables available to a company in determining their approach to sustainable finance over time. Several archetypal approaches are considered, ranging from a single, private loan with a sustainable finance feature to a comprehensive commitment to include sustainable finance features in all future financings. The concept of a sustainable finance framework is introduced.
