Abstract In today's rapidly evolving digital world, the idea of the metaverse is gaining traction, capturing the interest of both tech enthusiast individuals and enterprises. Within this shifting landscape, distributed ledger technologies are emerging as an important backbone infrastructure. This integration of distributed ledger technologies and particularly blockchain solutions into the metaverse hold immense promise, especially in the context of Web3 aligned decentralization, authentication, and user empowerment.
