Abstract: Abstract This chapter examines the creation of FinTech, focusing on business models, strategic partnerships, and value propositions. It highlights the impact of digital technologies, personalized services, and financial inclusion on user satisfaction. The success of FinTech operations depends on effective cost management, competitive pricing, and continuous product innovation. The chapter explores various revenue models, including subscription, pay-per-use, freemium, and free trial options, as well as pricing strategies such as value-based, competitive, and cost-based approaches.
