Chapter Chapter 10 in Sustainability in Business Management, Volume 2, 2025, pp 351-391 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The integration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into business strategies has evolved from being a compliance requirement to becoming a central element in achieving organizational sustainability and long-term success. This shift is driven by a growing recognition that diverse and inclusive workplaces are not only more innovative and effective but also better equipped to tackle complex challenges related to social sustainability.
