Chapter Chapter 9 in Sustainability in Business Management, Volume 2, 2025, pp 317-349 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The emergence of impact investing has redefined the investment landscape, blending financial returns with measurable social and environmental outcomes. Unlike traditional investment strategies that prioritize financial gains, or sustainable investing that integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria, impact investing places equal emphasis on generating positive societal benefits alongside competitive financial performance.
