Abstract: Abstract The chapter examines the historical and cultural factors that influenced the Ottoman Empire’s development, focusing on its political organization, economic activities, and interactions with European powers. It highlights the empire’s rise and fall, emphasizing the role of cultural values and external influences. The chapter discusses the Ottoman Empire’s origins, its expansion, and its eventual decline due to internal conflicts and European colonial pressures.
