Chapter 19 in Handbook of Integrated Care, 2025, pp 331-347 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Leadership in integrated care does not differ fundamentally from leadership challenges in other network structures and needs to be addressed adequately. Besides the general underestimation of the importance of leadership in healthcare, several aspects have to be considered specifically. This chapter presents general recommendations which highlight the importance of the topic for integrated care.
