Chapter 22 in Handbook of Integrated Care, 2025, pp 393-408 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Integrated care has come into its own in many countries around the world, but sustainable change is still elusive. One of the key problems remains the fact that education and training have not yet caught up with the multifaceted changes in the provision of services. This chapter will explore how education and training must change in order to foster the development of a continuous learning environment which will, in turn, support sustainable change.
