Abstract: Abstract This chapter aims to interrogate issues around cyberbullying as it relates to remote workers and how this affects their psychological well-being. The existence of a world without borders due to technology, cyber activism, and the proliferation of digital jobs has raised concerns about cyberbullying and its implications for the well-being of remote workers. The chapter adopts a deep dive literature review and content analysis to understand the connection between cyberbullying and the psychological well-being of remote workers in select SMEs in Nigeria. The outcome of this study adds to the growing literature on bullying in general, cyberbullying in particular, and the psychological well-being of remote workers in Nigeria. The conclusions have policy implications for the government, trade unions, and SMEs.
