From Business Constraints to Sustainable Performance
Carine Vinardi ()
Chapter Chapter 4 in Sustainable Performance in the Digital Age, 2025, pp 65-127 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Professional organizations have always been subject to a range of constraints and objectives that remain, for the most part, valid even today. These are the original and intrinsic performance criteria of commercial negotiation. After recalling these and their impacts, a summary of the new areas of constraints to be considered for the future will be proposed. Finally, their translation into additional performance criteria to be taken into account will make it possible to define all the filters that will be proposed to assess the sustainable deployment of Lean and Digital in the following chapters.
