Abstract:
Abstract This chapter presents several notable cases of companies engaged in transactional or industrial activities. These companies have either begun with a Digital objective and then implemented Lean or started their operations with a Lean system before incorporating Digital components. We will analyze the reports provided by these companies to offer a quick assessment. Additionally, we will reexamine some of the key criteria outlined in Chap. 4.4 to evaluate double sustainable performance and identify potential future developments.
