Abstract: Abstract In previous chapters, we discussed and illustrated the impact of Lean and Digital approaches, individually and in combination, for double sustainable performance. In an increasingly fast-paced world where information circulates rapidly, we observed that one solution, whether Lean or Digital, can sometimes replace another due to trends or a lack of knowledge put to use. However, with the current Digital solutions, we could transform organizations through well-defined, supported use cases. And what’s next? This chapter looks towards the future and explores the concept of a post-Digital era, or the Digital practices of the Future.
