Abstract Growth enterprise markets (GEMs) provide small and medium-sized (SME), growth-oriented firms with lower cost access to public equity capital with both less stringent listing requirements and continuous obligations in terms of disclosure of information and transparency compared to traditionally-regulated exchanges.
