The traditionaltraditional models of education, which often focused on preparing students for employmentemployment in established fields, have been gradually supplanted by new pedagogical approaches aimed at fostering innovation, creativitycreativity, and self-employmentemployment. This shift is largely in response to rapid global economic changes, the digitaldigital revolution, and the pressing need for solutions to complex social and economic challenges.
