Chapter 16 in Financial Social Media, 2026, pp 295-311 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI hereafter) into financial social media (FSM hereafter) is fundamentally transforming the way people consume, analyze, and act on financial information. From AI-powered chatbots and automated news aggregators to sophisticated sentiment analysis tools and algorithmic trading signals, AI is reshaping user interactions, enhancing efficiency, and democratizing access to financial insights. FSM platforms have long played a crucial role in shaping market sentiment, with discussions, rumors, and breaking news influencing asset prices and investor behavior. Now, AI is amplifying this impact by processing vast amounts of financial data in real time, identifying trends, and delivering hyper-personalized content to users based on their preferences and investment behaviors.
