Abstract As we mentioned previously, the JOBS Act 2012 is considered to be one of the cornerstones of crowdfunding regulation as it created and incorporated many basic ideas of raising funds by entrepreneurial firms, including limiting the bureaucracy that usually accompanies traditional debt and equity.
