Abstract: Abstract This systematic review explores the intersection of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge transfer within the tourism and hospitality industry. It emphasizes important role in driving competitiveness, flexibility, and sustainability. Technological progress and consumer needs product development organizational management also requires innovative approaches. Collaborative innovation involves cooperation between stakeholders, business, government, and academia. It has become an important mechanism for generating new ideas and solutions, while effective knowledge transfer processes enable their dissemination and application, innovation across the industry. This review synthesizes the existing literature and identifies key issues, trends, and gaps in research on these topics, emphasizing the importance of stakeholder participation in digital transformation and cross-sector cooperation to promote innovation. The findings suggest that fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning is important for the long-term success of the tourism and hospitality industry. Future research will focus on developing a framework for estimating the impact of collaborative creativity and knowledge transfer.
