The inception of holomorphic dynamics

Alessandro Rosa ()

Chapter 13 in The Origins of Holomorphic Dynamics, 2026, pp 175-207 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Crucial events in human history are characterized by peaks of emotional intensity that eventually burst out, releasing energies that condense into particular individual abilities, attitudes, and collective commitment in terms of interest and dedication. Holomorphic dynamics represents the combination of the following two contexts: analytic functions of any degree, including all information obtained using the differential calculus, and the behavior of the iterated orbits, especially near their limit sets. Derivatives are therefore crucial, as we will see immediately since the first section.
