Chapter Chapter 20 in Inclusive Leadership and Employee Voice, 2026, pp 299-306 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This edited volume set out to illuminate the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee voice by bringing together theoretical, empirical, and practice-based contributions from a diverse set of scholars and practitioners. In doing so, it responded to the pressing need for organisations to attract, engage, and retain diverse talent in increasingly global, multicultural, and dynamic environments. Across its three sections, the book demonstrated that inclusive leadership and employee voice are interdependent processes that shape organisational cultures, structures, and behaviours in profound and enduring ways. What has emerged is a comprehensive picture of how inclusion and voice interact across levels, contexts, and practices, and why organisations seeking resilience, adaptability, and sustainable performance must prioritise both.
