Chapter 10 in Strategic Thinking with AI, 2026, pp 411-445 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The previous chapters examined how organizations can build the capabilities required for an AI-augmented strategy, from developing digital foundations to creating agile structures and leadership practices that support continuous learning. With these elements in place, the focus now shifts from implementation to future horizons. The central question is no longer how to integrate AI into existing strategic processes, but how AI expands the very possibilities of foresight, decision-making, and organizational intelligence.
