Abstract:
Abstract In today’s volatile and hyper-connected markets, competitive advantage is increasingly determined by how quickly and accurately organizations can sense, interpret, and respond to environmental shifts. Traditional competitive intelligence (CI) methods, such as quarterly competitor reports, trade show observations, and manual analyst reviews, often suffer from latency, bias, and limited scope. By the time insights reach decision-makers, market dynamics may already have shifted, eroding their strategic relevance.
