Chapter 3 in A Manager’s Guide to Green-Lean-Six Sigma Application, 2026, pp 57-73 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter discusses dominant organizational perspectives that explain GLSS adoption and implementation, with a specific focus on the drivers, barriers, tools, practices, and critical success factors for addressing organizations’ environmental sustainability. From this context, theoretical lenses such as the natural resource-based view, intellectual capital-based view, institutional theory, and stakeholder theory are considered, aligning with the GLSS approach.
