Abstract: Abstract The preceding chapters have traced the alchemical journey from dissolution to integration, from the deconstruction of entrenched myths in the Nigredo through the rational distillation of opposites in the Albedo, to the conjunction and embodiment of paradoxical tensions in the Rubedo. Each phase has drawn upon Jung’s depth psychology to illuminate how organizations, like individuals undergoing analysis, must confront shadow material, engage mediating symbols, and strive toward wholeness through the conscious integration of unconscious forces. The Rubedo concluded with the archetype of the Self—the coincidentia oppositorum that holds material reality and archetypal universality in dynamic tension, enabling the enterprise to express its identity not merely as strategic positioning but as an authentic encounter with the collective unconscious.
