Chapter Chapter 5 in Differential Equations of My Young Years, 2014, pp 129-156 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Life at the Mathmech on Vasilyevsky Island 10th Line continued until late at night, and I often stayed there the whole day, like many other students. If lectures ended at 3 o’clock, seminars usually began at six to allow people from other schools to arrive on time for them.
