Abstract: Abstract In order for KM to deliver value to the organization, it is essential for the organization to develop a number of pillars/dimensions. The KM strategy should ideally convert itself into actions in all areas. The primary target for KM will be creation, dissemination, and exploitation. However, it has to be very strongly supported by all the enablers to realize the desired value. This is clearly depicted in Fig. 3.1.
