Abstract:
Abstract Most of the multinational companies aim to embark an initiative to enhance the capture, storage, and dissemination of knowledge and information. The main objectives behind this initiative are the identification and analysis of available and required knowledge assets and knowledge asset–related processes and the subsequent planning and control of related actions to develop both the assets and the processes so as to fulfill organizational objectives.
