A chapter in The Visual Language of Technique, 2015, pp 131-134 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract YonEffect is a 1st person action-puzzle videogame developed for PC, as a project for the course “Videogame Design & Programming” at Politecnico di Milano University. Kaerb Toorian, the main character, is the creator of the time machine, main feature and key mechanic to overcome levels in the game: the player will focus on traveling in the past to cooperate with himself while avoiding direct contact with his alter-ego, otherwise he’ll cause a space-time paradox, which leads to game over.
