Abstract: Abstract In the first Section of this Chapter, we will give a translation of the military documents concerning Cholesky: mentions in dispatches, individual campaign leaflet, and a transcription of the marks he received. The second Section is devoted to the everyday notes Cholesky wrote during one of his campaigns.
