A chapter in Automation, Communication and Cybernetics in Science and Engineering 2013/2014, 2014, pp 751-755 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Modern software development includes the usage of UML for (model-driven) analysis and design, customer communication etc. Since UML is a graphical notation, alternative forms of representation are needed to avoid barriers for developers and other users with low vision. Here, human-usable textual notation (HUTN) is tested and evaluated in a user interface modeling concept to provide accessible model-driven software design.
