Abstract: Abstract The advances in data and processing technology has radically changed the way today’s digital business operates. Big data technology provides analytics tools that allow digital businesses to identify useful insights about their customers and create products to meet their customer’s requirements. However, digital businesses working with big data technology face various challenges including the data acquisition, the storage space and the evaluation of the data as well as the right choices of the big data applications and the infrastructures. This review will explore digital business evaluation using big data and the advantages as well as the challenges of big data technology in digital business.
