Abstract:
Abstract We are now able to give a proof of Theorem 1.1, first again for the case 8.1 $$ \alpha = 1,\,f\left( {Dy,\,\nabla Dy} \right) = \sum\limits_{i,\,j = 1}^n {a_{ij} \left( {Dy} \right)\partial _i \partial _j y} $$ as discussed in the previous chapters.
