Abstract: Abstract This paperCrociani, Luca presentsVizzari, Giuseppe the tacticalBandini, Stefania level component of a hybrid agent architecture in which these decisions are enacted at the operational level by means of a floor-field based model, in a discrete simulation approach. This allows the agent to take decisions based on a static a-priori knowledge of the environment and dynamic perceivable information on the current level of congestion of visible path alternatives.
