Abstract: Abstract This chapter presents the results of the qualitative content analysis of a sample company. The qualitative part of the case study was developed by analysing the Annual and Sustainability Reports of BHP Billiton from 2006 to 2015; as well as by analysing external sources such as newspapers and other media. Before presenting the results and discussion, a brief description of this company is provided.
