Chapter Chapter 3 in Residue Number Systems, 2016, pp 27-38 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The given binary number needs to be converted to RNS. In this chapter, various techniques described in literature for this purpose are reviewed. A straightforward method is to use a divider for each modulus to obtain the residue while ignoring the quotient obtained. But, as is well known, division is a complicated process [1]. As such, alternative techniques to obtain residue easily have been investigated.
