Chapter Chapter 6 in Residue Number Systems, 2016, pp 133-162 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract It is often required to scale a number in DSP applications. Scaling by a power of two or by one modulus or product of few moduli will be desired. Division by arbitrary integer is exactly possible in RNS if the remainder of division is known to be zero.
