Chapter 28 in Handbook of the Mathematics of the Arts and Sciences, 2021, pp 841-862 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract As both a scientist and artist, the author presents the artworks inspired by his own research in string theory. The chapter starts with an introduction to string theory and a very brief discussion of some common images associated to it. It then focuses on several series of works in clay with the mathematical and ceramics background to them.
