Chapter Chapter 4 in Reliability is a New Science, 2017, pp 49-57 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The realistic statement ( 3.4 ), which depicts S when it is attacked by continuous side effects, makes clearer the principle of superposition and also the principle of progressive deterioration. However this principle has been expressed by words and turns out to be inappropriate for the calculus: How to qualify the progressive deterioration?
