Chapter Chapter 10 in Conformal Geometry, 2018, pp 253-296 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter introduces the applications of computational conformal geometry on wireless sensor network research. Specifically, we focus on large-scale wireless sensor networks where the amount of data generated, stored and transmitted in networks grow proportionally with the network size. The unique and intrinsic challenges in such sensor network design are distributed and scalable computation and communication. Several research topics, including network localization, sensor deployment, greedy routing, in-network data-centric processing, and marching of autonomous networked robots, together with their experimental results, are detailed in this chapter.
