Chapter Chapter 5 in Developing and Managing Innovation in a Fast Changing and Complex World, 2019, pp 97-109 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract For every organization, both individual and collective knowledge are critical resources. All around us, there are different types of data. For data that catches the interest of someone, this data becomes information. Further, if one reflects on the new information it becomes knowledge. If one critically revises the information, one will be wiser than if one “buys” the information right off.
