Comparative Analysis of Cases
Yi Wu
Chapter Chapter 6 in Achieving Supply Chain Agility, 2019, pp 179-195 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The chapter compares the two cases presented in Chapters 4 and 5. There are many similarities between these two supply chains and the main issues identified are similar. Emerging issues are identified, such as data accuracy, information sharing in IS integration. The findings also indicate that the supply chain agility achieved via IS integration is better suited to efficient agility rather than customer-focused agility in a cost-reduction-driven environment.
