Abstract: Zusammenfassung „Mit unserem Unternehmen geht es ständig auf und ab. Wir finden einfach nicht zu unserer Linie.“ So oder so ähnlich beklagen sich immer wieder Führungskräfte über die Entwicklung ihres Unternehmens, die angeblich gar keine Entwicklung sei. Das ständige Auf und Ab wäre der Ausdruck des chaotischen Zustands, in dem sich das Unternehmen befände.
