Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der Gegenstand der Bestandsanalyse ist die statistische Beschreibung von Beständen und ihrer durch Zu- und Abgänge verursachten Dynamik mit Hilfe spezieller graphischer Verfahren und Kennzahlen. Die Bestandsanalyse ist vor allem in der Bevölkerungsstatistik und in der Betriebswirtschaft von praktischer Bedeutung. Die Bestandsanalyse erfordert aus statistisch-methodischer Sicht die Unterscheidung von Bestands-, Bewegungs- und korrespondierenden Massen.
